Agreement Between User and Esperanza’s Sanctuary

Welcome to www.EsperanzasSanctuary.com, operated by Esperanza’s Sanctuary LLC, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Sky Valley, California. All Big Canines has been absorbed into Esperanza’s Sanctuary LLC, and references to "All Big Canines" should be understood as part of Esperanza’s Sanctuary.

Your access to and use of this site, including all pages within it (the “Site”), is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). By visiting, donating through, or using any part of this Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Mission and Services

Esperanza’s Sanctuary offers credentialed, evidence-based training and behavior services (in person and virtually), community composting programs, animal rescue and sanctuary care, educational workshops, and food-sovereignty initiatives.

By visiting the Site or communicating with us by email (including prior AllBigCanines.com emails), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

Esperanza’s Sanctuary does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Payments, Donations, and Refunds
